Dean Air Conditioning & Heating Company has been serving the North Dallas County & South Collin County areas for ⅓ of a century and owned by Kirk Wilson for the last decade. We specialize in solving Indoor Air Quality problems, as well as, solving difficult to diagnose comfort problems in your home. I recently sought out Dean Heating and Air when my air conditioner quit blowing cold air.
Kirk responded immediately, called to let me know what he had found, and let me know my OPTIONS. He did not push product, he did not tell me it was an emergency and needed repair.
I called for our follow up appointment and Kirk was upfront about getting back out the next week, and even called to follow up and let me know an exact date that he would be visiting. He didn't leave me hanging and wondering like a lot of service/repair people in the industry.
